Today I praise God for culture. I could go on and on about this, especially after living in a different culture for a while. It takes a while for the newness of moving to wear off, then reality sets in as you try to fit in or find your place. Eventually, you learn to appreciate the ways that different cultures do things as you become a part of the culture, or almost :) I know that I'm not Honduran, but being here has opened my eyes to the different ways that people live out their lives on a daily basis.
The picture today is sushi that Janice and I made a while back... not Honduran, but still cultural :)
Your sushi looks delicious. What a great way to add extra culture into your life.
